Red Road Resource Fair - SPACE - Seaview Estates
The Bruddah Kuz Youth Jamm is a drug and alcohol-free event featuring live music, food, craft vendors, makahiki games, cultural exchange, cultural practitioners, educational booths, social service information, sports demonstrations, social media table, and community informational guest speakers. The purpose of this event is to reconnect the community after the pandemic to empower and create safe spaces for our youth to thrive, practice Hawaiian culture, and to create peer to peer mentorship and servant leadership. Ola'a Community Day - Kea'au Middle School - Kea'au
Join the Kea’au Middle School PTSA on Saturday, April 1, 2023 for their first annual Olaʻa Community Day! This is a free, open to the public event for Big Island families to come and enjoy, connect, and build community. The event will include entertainment, food trucks, vendors, community outreach information and services. The event takes place from 8am to 2pm at the Kea’au Middle School Campus (16-565 Kea’au-Pahoa Rd).

Kukuau Studio Turns 8 - Kukuau Studio - Hilo
Kukuau Studio is turning 8 and invites the community out to celebrate on Saturday, April 1 at their Hilo studio (43 Kukuau St.). The event will feature BBQ food trucks and other vendors, prizes, a live menu lineup, open mic, and a screening of “They Live.” This is a free, all ages event.

Kids DIY Workshop - Home Depot - Kona & Hilo

Make a Bunny Planter - Lowe's - Kona
Celebrate spring when you bring your little builder to create a Bunny Planter. It’s a great way for kids to grow new skills and take home a fun garden project!
Bring your mini-DIYer into Lowe’s at one of the select time slots. Workshops hosted by one our Red Vest experts are held from 10:00am – 1:00pm, in-store only. We look forward to building with you and your little ones! Don’t forget – if you are unable to attend during your selected timeslot, your kit may be given away to Walk-Ins starting at 1:00pm, the day of the workshop.
To help ring in Spring, visit Parker Ranch Center (67-1185 Mamalahoa Hwy, Waimea) for their annual Spring Celebration on Sunday, April 2 from 10am to 11:30am, under the overhang between Spectrum and Coldwell Banker. This exciting event will have many exciting features like Balloon twisting , face painting , keiki crafts (while supplies last) , giveaways , delicious snacks and photos with the Easter Bunny
West Hawai‘i County Band Free Concert - Honu's on the Beach - Kona
The West Hawai’i County Band will present a free concert. Come enjoy an hour of music selected from the band’s extensive repertoire featuring marches, jazz tunes, musical scores and Hawaiian traditional music.
The band is excited to perform at a new venue for this concert: Honus On The Beach at the King Kamehameha Hotel. As usual. this concert will be absolutely free. There will be seating in the restaurant, on the lanai, and on the grass area outside the restaurant. Audience members who want grass seating may bring beach chairs.
Parking: There will be 3 hour validation for audience members who purchase drinks or meals.
