How do you like our new format?!!? We are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our readers, so we’ve made a few changes for our weekly Big Island weekend events post. The new format is easier on the eyes and makes it easier to connect to the original event pages in order to RSVP and find out more information. We’ve also decided to start adding a few low-cost events to our weekly roundups, especially ones that support cultural and community education (like this week’s Lei Making Workshop at Ben Franklin). This reflects our commitment to small businesses and their need to make money. And this week we’ve super-sized it to make sure we included plenty of Earth Day events to help encourage everyone to do their part to contribute to the health of our earth.
Feel free to leave comments on our Instagram and Facebook pages (that you should definitely be following by now) to let us know how you feel about the new changes! (P.S. we are always looking for more contributors and supporters to help us bring quality content to Hawai‘i Island residents and visitors)
